Sri R.R. Singh, Superintending Engineer, has appeared in court and has confronted with rejoinder affidavit filed by the petitioner.

The documents indicate that funds were sought from the Government to make payment to the petitioner. Payment, however, has not been made.

Sri Singh prays for twenty-four hours' time to verify and give answer to the query of the court.
