This petition seeks initiation of proceedings under the Contempt of Courts' Act 1971 against the respondent-contemner for willful disobedience of judgment dated 22.3.2013 rendered in Writ Petition No.435 (SS) of 2013, Dr. Himanshu Arya v. Union of India.

Issue notice to respondent-contemner by way of ordinary post, Registered A.D. Post and Speed Post, returnable on 13.9.2013.

Steps be filed within four days from today.

Let counter affidavit be filed by the next date of listing.

It is made clear that in case the counter affidavit/affidavit of compliance is not filed before the next date of listing, costs amounting to Rs.5000/- (five thousand only) shall be imposed.

It is further made clear that in case the order is not complied with, the respondent-contemner shall be required to show cause as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Courts' Act be not initiated against him.
