Today Sitarul Nisha opposite party No.2 is present in person who is duly identified by by Sri Mayank Pandey, advocate who filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party No.2 is taken on record.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 that the husband is not a party.

The order dated 14.06.2013 contains that in case of non-compliance of the order the petition would stand dismissed automatically without referring to this Court.

In view of above, the petition is dismissed.
