By the order dated 8.5.2013, the appellant has been directed to take steps to serve the respondent nos. 1 and 3 to 16. By means of the application, modification of the order dated 8.5.2013 is sought on the ground that respondent no. 1 is represented by Sri Vivek Mishra, Advocate and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are represented by Sri Sudama Ji Shandilya, Advocate and respondent nos. 4 to 9 have been transported as appellant nos. 2 to 7. Therefore, the notice is to be served only to respondent nos. 10 to 16 by registered post.

The order is modified accordingly.

The appellant may take steps to serve the respondent nos. 10 to 16 by registered post within two weeks.
