Learned counsel for the petitioners is present, but the learned counsel for the main contesting party Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Etah, Sri S.K. Srivastava is not present. Till today, no counter affidavit has been filed by the Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Etah. The counter affidavit of Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Etah is necessary.

From the order-sheet, it appears that the counsel for Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Etah did not appear in the earlier occasion also.

In the circumstances, issue notice to the Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Etah. The petitioners may take steps to serve the Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Etah by registered post.

List on 12.8.2013. On the date fixed, the Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Etah shall appear in person.
