This petition seeks initiation of proceedings against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts' Act 1971 for willful disobedience of judgment dated 03.4.2013 rendered in Writ Petition No.2724 (MB) of 2013.

Issue notice to respondents.

Sri S.S. Sabi, learned State Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents and prays for time to file counter affidavit/affidavit of compliance.

List on 30.7.2013.

It is made clear that in case the counter affidavit/affidavit of compliance is not filed before the next date of listing, costs amounting to Rs.5000/- (five thousand only) shall be imposed.

It is further made clear that in case the order is not complied with, the respondents shall be required to show cause as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Courts' Act be not initiated against them.
