Sri Lalit Shukla, learned State Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos.4 to 6, the added respondents.

Let counter affidavit/affidavit of compliance be filed on or before 20.8.2013.

In case, the order has not been complied, the needful be done positively before the next date of listing or else, the respondent would be required to show cause as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Courts' Act be not initiated.

It is further made clear that in case counter affidavit is not filed, costs amounting to Rs.5000/- (Five thousand only) shall be imposed, to be recovered from the officer/official, who is found responsible for causing delay in the proceedings.
