Sri Vidyabhushan, District Magistrate, Pratapgarh, is present in Court and states that there has been no willful disobedience of order dated 26.5.2009 rendered in Writ Petition No.3162 (SS) of 2009. Because the petitioner has been serving as a part-time Sweeper. Pay-scale permissible under the government orders for that post and work is being paid to her.
Sri Vidyabhushan has been confronted with the order of the Court dated 26.5.2009 wherein nothing has been recorded to even suggest that the respondents have the right to pay the petitioner for the post of Part-time Sweeper.
Having considered various aspects, Sri Vidyabhushan states that the needful would be done within one week from today.
List on 17.7.2013.
In case, appropriate orders are passed and regular pay-scale is paid to the petitioner before the next date of listing, Sri Vidyabhushan would not be required to appear in Court in person in this case.
In case, however, complete compliance of the order is not made, Sri Vidyabhushan shall be required to appear on the next date of listing.
