By means of this writ petition the petitioners have come up to this Court with the grievance that pursuant to some Government Order the petitioners' Pay Band was increased with Pay Grade of Rs. 5400/- which by the impugned order dated 28.11.2013 has now been reduced to Rs. 4800/-.
