The report of the SIT along with recommendation of the three member committee constituted by the Home Secretary have been produced today before the Court. The same has been examined and is returned to the Chief Standing Counsel.

Prima facie, it is established that the affidavit filed by the Managing Director, Uttar Pradesh to the effect that the three member committee has not found any criminality under the SIT report is incorrect and therefore the statement before this Court is also apparently false.

Let the Secretary-respondent No. 1 take all appropriate action by day after tomorrow.
