1. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought inter alia, the following reliefs:

?1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 23.3.2013, passed by District Magistrate, District Azamgarh (Annexure No. 10 to the writ petition)

2. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing respondents no. 2 and 3 especially District magistrate District Azamgarh to give the approval of the appointment of the petitioner in pursuance of order dated 9.7.2012 passed by respondent no. 4 forthwith and permit to the petitioner to be joined at her respective post at Agan Bari Karykatri center i.e. Gram Panchyat Summadeeh.?

2. Learned Standing Counsel could not dispute that the matter involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of date, passed in writ petition no.(A) 11551 of 2013, Smt. Gyanwati Vs. State of U.P. and others. For the reasons stated therein, and, in terms thereof, the impugned order dated 23.03.2013 (Annexure-10 to the writ petition), passed by District Magistrate, Azamgarh, rejecting the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2013, is hereby quashed only to the extent it has directed for fresh selection as per new Government Order dated 04.09.2012. The respondent competent authority is directed to make selection by fresh advertisement following the procedure, operating at the time of occurrence of vacancy. A copy of judgment of date passed in writ petition no. A-11551 of 2013 shall form part of this judgment.

3. Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of.

4. No order as to costs.
