Learned Standing Counsel informs that communication was sent to the respondent no. 2 on 12.12.2012 but till date none responded.

As a last opportunity two weeks' time is granted to the learned Standing Counsel to comply with the order dated 10.12.2012. In case of failure to comply with the order passed by the Court, respondent no. 2 shall remain present in the Court on the next date fixed.
