Learned counsel for the respondents contends that the respondent no.2 is ready to join mediation and conciliation proceedings.

Let the petitioner and respondent no.2 appear in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 29.4.2013.

Out of the deposited amount, a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand only) be released in favour of respondent no.2, and the remaining sum of Rs.5000/-(Five thousand only) be remitted in favour of Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Let the case be listed, as and when report is received from Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Interim order in the case shall continue till the next date of listing.
