No one is present on behalf of the applicants.

By means of this application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicants have prayed for quashing the entire proceeding of Case No. 6527 of 2010 (Mousem John vs. Anjuman Danel Masih and others), u/s 12, 18, 19, 10, 21 and 22 Protection of Woman from Domestic Violence Act, P.S. Kabi Nagar, district Ghaziabad pending by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Ghaziabad.

From the perusal of record, it appears that the matter being matrimonial in nature was referred on 6.2.2012 to the Mediation and Concilliation Centre of this Court and the report of the Mediation and Concilliation Centre dated 2.5.2012 is on record, from which it is evident that the mediation between the parties have completed but they have arrived at no agreement, hence the mediation has failed.

The petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Office is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial court concerned which may proceed with the trial of the aforesaid case and conclude the same in accordance with law, if already not concluded.
