Mr. W.H. Khan, learned Senior Counsel for the respondents Company and Mrs. Abha Tiwari, has informed the Court that certain documents and materials are lying with the widow of Justice R.A. Sharma who has expired after submitting his report as Special Commissioner.

The Registrar General of the Court is directed to send an officer of the Court to collect whatever documents and materials which Mrs. Sharma may like to handover. Those materials and documents should be kept in a sealed cover after preparing inventory and should be produced before this Court on the next date. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Registrar General of the Court forthwith for compliance.

List the matter on 17th April, 2013 as first case in the cause list. On that date, parties should come ready with all the relevant facts and pending objections so that, if possible, the matter may be finally disposed of.
