Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

Under Challenge in the instant writ petition is F.I.R. relating to Case Crime No.2377/2012, under sections 147,148,452,323,506,336 I.P.C. police station Kotwali Nagar, district Faizabad.

We have gone through the F.I.R. which discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed.

The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
