Vide order dated 19.3.2013 the police personnel of Police Station Mill Area, Raebareli, were directed to ensure that Shikha Mishra is recovered and produced. 

Statement has been made that all efforts have been made, however, Shikha Mishra and the accused Anand Tiwari are not traceable.

Let Superintendent of Police, Raebareli, remain present in court on the next date of listing with up-to-date report in regard to investigation being conducted.  Superintendent of Police, Raebareli, is directed to review the entire investigation and make personal efforts in tracing the whereabouts of the accused and Shikha Mishra.

If Shikha Mishra is produced in court, Superintendent of Police will not be required to appear.

Let this order be conveyed to the Superintendent of Police, Raebareli, through Registrar of this Court.
