Heard Sri Jagdev Singh, learned counsel for the appellant Omveer Singh, Sri Sunil Singh, learned counsel for the appelllant, Balendra and learned AGA for the State. No body is present for the informant in both connected with Criminal Appeal No. 2526 of 2011 and 2572 of 2011.
After hearing all the appellants and after going through the allegations and autopsy report at this stage, we are not inclined to grant bail to all those appellants. Their bail prayers are declined and rejected.
Hearing of the appeal is expedited.
Office is directed to prepare paper book and list this appeal in first week of July, 2013 before appropriate Bench for final hearing.
In case hearing of appeal is not concluded in a year, appellants may revive their bail prayer.
