Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner appeared in the Intermediate Examination of 2012 and he has apprehension that his answer book have been checked in three papers.
The petitioner in paragraph-8 of the writ petition has stated that he has moved an application for scrutiny but no information has been given to him.
Learned standing counsel states that the result of answer books have already been declared and the petitioner can obtain information from the Board.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to intimate the petitioner about the outcome of the scrutiny and result of the petitioner and in case the petitioner is still dis-satisfied, it shall be open to him to approach the Court for perusal of the answer book in terms of the provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005, in view of the law law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of C.B.S.E. Vs. Aditya Bandopadhyay, 2011, Vol.VIII SCC, page 497.
