The matter relates to 1994. Till date no counter affidavit has been filed. On 23.8.2012, on the request of learned Standing Counsel, two weeks time was allowed to file counter affidavit.

Ms. Suman Sirohi, learned Standing Counsel states that letter has been written to the concerned District Inspector of Schools on 24.8.2012 but she has not received any instruction.

In view of the above, list on 11.10.2012. On that day, either the counter affidavit be filed or the District Inspector of Schools be present in person.
