Learned counsel for the respondents contends that the petitioner applied for the post of Secretary (Grade II) in Rajya Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad. There are fifteen posts reserved for Ex-Serviceman. Petitioner is Ex-Serviceman. None of the post has been filled.

A perusal of Annexure-1 indicates that the post of Secretary (Grade II) in Rajya Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad is in the pay-band of 15600-39100 (Grade Pay 5400), which should be a Gazetted Post.

Accordingly, Registry is directed to list this case as per roster.
