Rights of the petitioner have already been considered by a co-ordinate Bench (Shabibul Hasnain, J.) of this court while dealing with Civil Writ Petition No.3181(SS) of 2012, Sridhar Mishra v. State of U.P. & ors., as is evident from order dated 12.6.2012 (Annexure-10). It would be more appropriate, if the same Bench hears this case.
