Dr.L.P. Misra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that at the time of disposal of writ petition, counsel for the petitioner made a statement that he does not want to press the relief No. (i), which pertains to the quashing of charge sheet dated 20.1.2010. However, in the order dated 8.8.2012, it has been mentioned that counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition.
Accordingly, the judgment and order dated 8.8.2012 is modified to the extent that learned Counsel for the petitioner does not want to press relief No. (i). Further, it is provided that the recommendations of the Selection Committee, which has been kept in the sealed cover, shall be opened by the opposite parties and the case of the petitioner shall be considered, in accordance with law, within three months from today.
The Review Petition is disposed of accordingly.
