The petitioner has been transferred from Traffic Police to Armed Police. In the impugned order, it is mentioned that the persons mentioned in the impugned order are being transferred from Traffic Police to their original cadre.

On 28.8.2012, learned Standing Counsel was directed to seek instruction and the matter was directed to be listed on 31.8.2012 as fresh. On 31.8.2012, learned Standing Counsel stated that the instruction could not be received. On his request, the matter has been directed to put up on 4.9.2012 as fresh. Again, learned Standing Counsel states that the instruction could not be received.

In view of the above, let the Standing Counsel may file counter affidavit within three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week.

List in the week commencing 8.10.2012. Till then, in pursuance of the impugned order dated 30.7.2012, the petitioner may not be relieved in case if he has not already been relieved.
