It is the admitted case of the petitioners that the petitioners were appointed on purely temporary basis. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioner worked till June, 2012. After that, the respondents have stopped taking work from the petitioners. Salary, however, has not been paid after April, 2012.
Sri Ausaf Ahmad Khan, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent nos.2 and 3 and states that there were certain serious complaints against the petitioners on account of which payment of salary of the petitioners was stopped. Learned counsel contends that in case relevant notice has not been given to the petitioners, the needful would be done.
Let respondent nos.2 and 3 file counter affidavit within two weeks from today alongwith the relevant documents.
It is further provided that in case it if found that the petitioners have worked till June, 2012, the salary payable to them, be released.
List after four weeks.
