Applicant prays for bail in Case Crime No. 75 of 2012, under Sections 307 I.P.C. Police Station Ibrahimpur, District Ambedkar Nagar.

As per the F.I.R. version, unknown persons had fired upon the victim causing injury on his lower abdomen region. The injured Ajay Kumar gave statement on 12.4.2012 wherein specific allegations have been made against the applicant and his co-accused Ved Prakash Verma.

The injured runs a jewellery shop. Dileep Verma who is lodged in Faizabad Jail, had been demanding money from the injured. The injured did not give money and, therefore, allegedly the applicant Ved Prakash Verma were sent by Dileep Verma. Applicant and Ved Prakash caused injures, as mentioned in the statement of the witnesses (Annexure-2).

Let a counter affidavit be filed as regards the case-history of the applicant as also any other evidence collected against the applicant during investigation so as to conect the applicant with the crime.

List after three weeks.
