As per office report, notices sent to respondent nos. 12 and 15 have been returned back. Notices to other respondents have been sent by registered post. Neither acknowledgment slip nor envelope has been returned back. The Court is of the opinion that it would be appropriate to serve the respondent nos. 4 to 17 through Headquarter because of passage of time it may be possible that respondent nos. 4 to 17 have been transferred and posted at different places and their addresses may not be known to the petitioner. Therefore, it would be appropriate to serve the respondent nos. 4 to 17 through Head Office situated at Patiala (Punjab). The petitioner may send all the notices to respondent nos. 4 to 17 to the State Bank of Patiala Head Office situated at Mall, Patiala (Punjab) and the Head Office is directed to send copies of the notices to all the respondents at their respective places where they are posted and get acknowledgment slip and the same may be sent to this Court.
