Two rejoinder affidavits have been filed. One has been filed in reply to the counter affidavit and another has been filed in reply to the amendment application. Both may be placed on record. Sri Manik Mishra, Advocate, holding brief of Sri N.C. Rajvanshi, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that for the same cause the petitioner has filed another writ petition in the year 2010 before the Lucknow Bench of this Court concealing the fact of the filing and pendency of the present writ petition. However, he is not able to inform that what order has been passed in the writ petition filed in 2010 and whether it is pending or disposed of. Let him inform about the status of the writ petition filed in 2010 before the Lucknow Bench of this Court.
