Sri Pankaj Rai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that a fax message has been sent to the District Inspector of Schools, Mau on 17.10.2012 but he has not received any instruction.

He prays for and is granted two weeks further time to seek instruction.

List on 26.11.2012. By that date, either the order dated 12.10.2012 be complied with or the District Inspector of Schools, Mau shall appear in person.
