Petitioner claim that she is Shiksha Mitra and under Government Order dated 14.08.2012 her claim in question is also liable to be adverted to.

Consequently in the facts of the case, District Basic Education Officer, Hathras, Mahamaya Nagar is directed to consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of the order passed by this Court.

With the above direction present writ petition is disposed of.
