Applicant has filed this application for short term bail in Case Crime No. 1742 of 2008 under Sections 409/420/467/468/471 I.P.C. Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Raebareli.

The first two applications for bail have been rejected by a Coordinate Bench (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) vide orders dated 11.5.2012 and 12.7.2012 in Case Bail Nos.2106 of 2012 and 1631 of 2012 respectively.

Let this application be listed before the same Bench on 08.11.2012 after obtaining orders from Hon'ble the Chief Justice/Senior Judge.
