The only contention of the appellant is that the driving licence produced by the owner of the vehicle, on verification, was not found correct, Therefore, there was a breach of policy and the appellant is not liable for the payment of compensation.
Admit.
Issue notice to the respondents. The appellant may take steps to serve the respondents by ordinary post as well as by registered post.
Until further orders of this Court, the operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 20.1.2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Special Judge (E.C. Act), Etah in M.A.C. no. 445 of 2008, shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits the entire amount awarded by the Tribunal within four weeks and the claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the entire amount deposited. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. The Registry is directed to remit the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
