Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the F.I.R. and other relevant documents on record.

The applicant-Ram Murat is involved in Case Crime No. 574 of 2011, under Sections 498-A, 304-B and 201 I.P.C., Police Station - Akbarpur, District - Ambedkar Nagar.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is father-in-law of the deceased and is in jail since 6-01-2012. The death occurred of the deceased due to burn injury.

Initially, the case was registered under sections 498A, 304B and 201 I.P.C. and u/s 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act against the applicant including applicant's wife, the husband of the deceased, two brothers of the husband of the deceased and Smt. Sangita, sister of the deceased's husband. After investigation chargesheet under section 201 I.P.C. was not filed and Smt. Sangita was also given benefit. Her name was not fount place in the chargesheet and she was not found involved in crime. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that section 201 I.P.C. has also been deleted for the reason that no evidence was found.

The allegations against the accused-applicant are of general in nature. No specific role was assigned to the applicant, who is the father-in-law. His age about 58 years.

Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case after perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations, arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, I find it to be a fit case for grant of bail to applicant Ram Murat.

Let applicant-Ram Murat, involved in the aforesaid case, shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
