Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Petitioner is Staff Nurse. She has been transferred in the same district from Primary Health Centre, Chibara Mau, Kannauj to Samudaik Health Centre, Haseran, district Kannauj. Distance between the two places is reported to be about 35 kms. Transfer order has been passed on 19.06.2012 and is contained in the Annexure 3 to the writ petition. Every transfer causes some difficulty and petitioner being a lady may face slightly more difficulty than a male may face in case of transfer. However, on this ground the transfer order cannot be called in question and set aside. The transfer is incidence of service.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
