Today on the matter being taken up, it transpires that file of writ petition No.74697 of 2010 is in relation to a different case filed by M/S Sameer. Now the counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, correct writ petition Number of the case concerned, which ought to have been here is writ petition No. 74696 of 2010.
