The petitioners contend that they are not being given time pay scale. In this regard, the petitioners have made a representation before the Authority concerned, which is pending consideration.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Authority concerned to decide the petitioners' representation by a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.
