The petitioner is a junior engineer and was suspended from the service in the disciplinary inquiry proceeding. Upon a reply being submitted, the suspension order was revoked. However, the disciplinary proceedings are continuing. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has been transferred from Baberu to Mainpuri and thereafter from Manipuri to Allahabad, but from August 2012 till date the petitioner has not been paid his salary.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further contended that the disciplinary proceedings are still pending and nothing further has been done in this regard.

In the light of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Authority concerned to conclude the disciplinary proceeding within six month from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.

The Court further directs the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Authority concerned, for payment of his salary for the month of August, 2012 to November, 2012, if such an application is filed, the Authority concerned will consider and decide the matter and release his dues payable within three weeks from the date of the production of a certified copy of this order.
