It has been pointed out by Sri Gupta, Advocate, that order, Annexure-4, has been challenged also in Writ Petition No.770(SS) of 2011 entitled 'Pavan Kumar v. State of U.P. & ors.'.

Let this case be listed alongwith Writ Petition No.770(SS) of 2011 entitled 'Pavan Kumar v. State of U.P. & ors.' in two weeks.

In the meantime, petitioner is at liberty to approach the District Magistrate with his plea that impugned decision has been taken without hearing him and Km. Puja has not worked and, therefore, does not deserve to be paid the honourarium.
