In pursuance of order dated 11.04.2012, the District Inspector of Schools, Balrampur is present in Court. 

The learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received from the District Inspector of Schools, Balrampur, informs that there is no post vacant in the Institution at the moment and, therefore, the joining of the petitioner is not possible.  In this regard, the information was also sent to the Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Sewa Chayan Board, Allahabad.

As the learned Standing Counsel has received instruction in the matter, let counter affidavit be filed within a week.  Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.

List thereafter.

The District Inspector of Schools, Balrampur, who is present in Court, need not to appear in Court on the next date unless called for.
