Citation : 2012 Latest Caselaw 647 ALL
Judgement Date : 23 April, 2012

Allahabad High Court
Ramesh Chandra Misra vs District Judge Kanpur Dehat And ... on 23 April, 2012
Bench: Sudhir Agarwal

HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD

?Court No. - 2

Case :- WRIT - C No. - 22205 of 1994

Petitioner :- Ramesh Chandra Misra

Respondent :- District Judge Kanpur Dehat And Others

Petitioner Counsel :- S.D. Pathak

Respondent Counsel :- C.S.C.

Hon'ble Sudhir Agarwal,J.

Petitioner was issued notice to engage another counsel pursuant to Court's order dated 11.11.2009. Office report dated 20.4.2012 shows that notice sent by registered post has neither been received back now acknowledgement is received. Service is deemed sufficient.

List revised. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, I have perused the record.

Writ petition is directed against  order dated 18.3.93 (annexure - 1) passed by Prescribed Authority, Kanpur Dehat, and order dated 3.2.1994, passed by District Judge, Kanpur Dehat, rejecting the petitioner's application under section 5 Limitation Act

Having gone through the impugned order as also the pleadings and grounds taken in writ petition, I find no ground to interfere as there is no error apparent on the face of the impugned order warranting interference.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.

Any interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Order Date :- 23.4.2012
