Sri Sanjay Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 17.02.2012 passed in writ petition No. 1394 (MB) of 2012, this Court has given a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Sitapur (Opposite Party) to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2012 within a period of one month.

Learned counsel further submits that the certified copy along with the representation was given to the opposite party on 22.03.2012, but till date no action has been taken by the opposite party.

In view of above, the opposite party is directed to decide the representation  of the petitioner  as per direction given by this Court within a period of two weeks, failing which, he will have to appear in person before this Court  on the next date of listing to explain as to why the contempt proceedings may not be initiated against him.

In the meantime, learned standing Counsel will also seek instruction in the matter.

In addition, learned counsel for the petitioner shall also inform the opposite party about this order, in writing, within a period of one week.
