Sri Ravindra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that this Court has passed an order on 12.12.2011 passed in the writ petition No. 12071 (M/B) of 2001, where a direction was given to the opposite party (SDM, Jalalpur District, Ambedkar Nagar) to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months.
Further a direction was given to ensure that proper demarcation is done pertaining to the land in question in accordance with law.
He further submits that the representation was submitted on 12.12.2011, but till date neither the representation has been decided nor any demarcation has been done.
In view of above, SDM, Jalalpur(opposite party) is directed to comply the order passed by this Court, failing whch he will have to appear before this Court to explain as to why the contempt proceedings may not be initiated against him.
In the meantime, the learned counsel shall seek the instruction in the matter.
In addition, learned counsel for the petitioner shall also inform the opposite party about this order in writing within a period of one week.
