Under the order dated 1.4.2010 the Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Bhadohi, has informed the petitioner that as per petitioner's service record, his date of birth is 25.3.1959 both in figures as well as in prints and that the petitioner has signed on the service-book as well as he has affixed his fingerprints of all the fingers on the same. Therefore, there is no case for correction in his date of birth at the fag end of his career.

The petitioner with reference to documents filed  annexure -6 to the writ petition submits that the respondents are themselves in doubt about his date of birth. To this, it is contended that the correct date of birth of the petitioner is 12.7.1956 and not 25.3.1950.

The contention raised on behalf of the petitioner is wholly misconceived.

The order of the Executive Officer dated 1.4.2010 was never challenged by the petitioner nor the facts recorded therein have been question in the present writ petition. Under the document enclosed as annexure -6 has only made a correction in the subsequent notice qua his date of birth and it has been directed that the date of his birth has wrongly been mentioned as 25.3.1959, when it should have been typed as 25.3.1950. Apparently, the petitioner wants to take the benefit of a typographical error.

No ground is made out to interfere in the present writ petition.
