1. Applicant Sangram Singh has filed this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for bail in Case Crime No. 265 of 2011 under Sections 147/148/323/504/506/364-A/386 I.P.C., Police Station Hazratganj, District Lucknow.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant contends that the F.I.R. has been lodged by the alleged victim Manish. Applicant has not been named in the F.I.R. Co-accused of the applicant namely Jai Bahadur Singh alias Pappu Singh, Faizan Khan alias Faizi, Praveen Kumar Singh alias Bablu Singh, Vinai Singh have been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 14.12.2011. Co-accused Maan Singh has also been allowed bail vide order dated 19.12.2011 in Case Bail No.8726 of 2011. Learned counsel contends that the case of the applicant is similar and is not distinguishable.
3. Facts as stated have not been disputed by learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State.
4. I have considered the contention of the learned counsel for parties and gone through the record.
5. Considering the ground on which bail has been allowed to co-accused Jai Bahadur Singh and others in case Bail Nos.7785 of 2011, 5668 of 2011 and 6522 of 2011 vide a common order dated 14.12.2011, this application for bail of applicant Sangram Singh, is allowed.
6. Bail to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
