Supplementary affidavit filed today, the same may be placed on record.

Learned Standing Counsel produced before the Court medical test dated 18.11.2009 wherein the petitioner was found unfit. A letter dated 1.10.2010 written by the Police Superintendent Crime, District Muzaffarnagar addressed to the Deputy Senior Superintendent of Police (Establishment), U.P. Police, Lucknow has also been produced wherein in the list of the persons, who have been subjected to re-medical test, the name of the petitioner has been shown and the date of the medical test is mentioned as 5.2.2010 and the petitioner was found unfit. The second medical test report has not been produced.

Learned Standing Counsel is directed to file counter affidavit annexing the copy of both the medical reports.
