Counter affidavit have been filed by respondent Nos.2, 5 and 6. Rejoinder affidavit to the said counter affidavit have also been filed.

Grievance set out by the petitioners is that the order impugned has been passed by the respondents in contravention of the show cause notice issued to the petitioner seeking his explanation in this behalf.

Respondent Nos. 2, 5 and 6 do not want to file additional counter affidavit.

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 may be filed within one week. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.

List this matter in the week commencing 17th October, 2011.

Till the next date of listing, the decision taken by the Northern Regional Committee, National Council for Teacher Education, Jaipur with regard to the petitioners' College in its meeting dated 15th -21st May, 2011 (Annexure- No.8 to the writ petition) shall remain stayed. Necessary direction may be issued by the Universities in permitting the petitioners' college to finalize the selection process for the current session. This is, however, subject to the outcome of the writ petition.
