In compliance of Court's order, erstwhile Basik Shiksha Adhikari, Gonda, along with Raghvendra Bajpai, Basik Shiksha Adhikari, Gonda at present, are present in person before this Court. 

Affidavit has been filed by the learned Standing counsel as well as Sri Vishal Verma on behalf of opposite party no. 4, which are taken on record.

Sri U. S. Sahai may implead Sri S. N. Singh, as new Basik Shiksha Adhikari, Gonda, in the petition.

Let rejoinder-affidavit be filed by Mr. U.S. Sahai.

It has been informed that a cheque of Rs.91,000/-  has been prepared  and it will be handed over to the petitioner within three days.

Sri U. S. Sahai, says that interest on some portion of the payment has not been given.

Learned Standing counsel has assured this Court on behalf of the opposite parties that interest on arrears of salary shall be calculated expeditiously, and appropriate orders shall be passed in this regard preferably within a period of two weeks from today.

List this case on 23.11.2011.

In case the arrears of salary are not calculated and paid to the petitioner, the Officer present today, shall appear again in person  before this Court on the next date of listing to explain as to why the proceedings for committing contempt of this Court should not be initiated against him and why he should not be punished under the Contempt of Court's Act.
