Hon'ble Shabihul Hasnain,J.

Sri R. P. Verma, counsel for the opposite parties has  informed that inadvertently, he has informed Basic Shiksha Adhikari that the date fixed in this case is 20.11.2011 instead of 20.10.2011. He further says that it is a bona fide mistake on his part. Absence of the Basic Shiksha Adhikari  may be exempted today.  On his request, list this case on 21.11.2011.

If the orders are not complied with, the Basic Shiksha Adhikari shall appear in person before this Court on the next date of listing to explain as to why the proceedings for committing contempt of this Court should not be initiated against him and why he should not be punished under the Contempt of Court's Act.

This order shall be communicated to the Basic Shiksha Adhikari by the counsel for the opposite parties.

The case will not be adjourned on the ground that the counsel for Basic Shiksha Adhikari  is different from the counsel arguing in the special appeal.
