Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the proceedings of criminal case No. 6037 of 2010 arsing out of chargesheet submitted in case crime No. 1043 of 2008 under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Hazrat Ganj, Lucknow pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Lucknow.

From the perusal of the record it appears that the allegation made against the applicant are prima facie disclosing the aforesaid offence. There is no illegality in taking the cognizance and there is no ground for quashing the proceedings of the above mentioned case. The prayer for quashing the proceedings of the above mentioned case is refused.

Considering the same, it is directed that in case the applicant appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously if possible on the same day by the courts below.

With this direction, this application is finally disposed of.
