In the present case, petitioner is contending that he has been illegally denied admission, whereas from the side of the institution, stand has been sought to be taken that there is complete non-cooperation on the part of the petitioner, who even on subsequent publication in newspaper, did not approach the institution concerned up for admission. In view such a factual dispute being raised, it would be much more appropriate that Registrar of M.J.P.University, Rohilkhand, Bareilly gets the matter enquired and submits report by the next date fixed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply the copies of the pleadings exchanged between the parties, including the counter affidavit filed by the management of the institution, upon Sri Vivek Verma, Advocate, who represents the M.J.P.University, Rohilkhan, Bareilly before this Court.

In view of the above, Registrar, M.J.P.University, Rohilkhand, Bareilly is directed to submit his report by the next date fixed in this case.
